            Description

            When a connection is established with legacy startup, the RPC Connect Response might be sent before the PPM has been fully activated.

            It is expected that the RPC Connect Response is delayed until the PPM is fully activated and will send a frame within the next sendclock interval.

            The Problem was only observed with (internal) NXLOM usecase but NXLFW is affected as well. However, for NXLFW the problem was not seen in any real world scenario yet.
