Submodule ownership not released under certain conditions

When the ownership of submodules is transferred from one AR to another and this transfer is interrupted by means of an AR Abort the submodules ownership handling can become stuck in a locked state. In this state the submodule can not be used by an AR anymore.

The problem occurs whenever the ownership of a submodule is transferred to a new AR and this process is interrupted before the transfer is completed. There is no workaround except not using shared device and Supervisor AR.
