Feature: Allow usage of more than Assets in AssetManagment

Current protocol stack implementation limits the amount of Assets for record AssetManagmentData derived from "size of records given in taglist".

The specification was updated to allow usage of more Assets. This shall be supported by protocol stack as well in the following manner:

If index 0xF880 is read, the protocol stack shall request assets 0 to "size of records given in taglist" from application.
If index 0xF881 is read, the protocol stack shall request assets "size of records given in taglist" to 2x"size of records given in taglist" from application.
And so forth.
