Memory leak when using profile specific generic diagnosis

            Description

            When profile specific generic diagnosis (user structure identifier 0x9000 to 0x9FFF) are used by the application a memory leak occurs when the diagnosis is removed. At some point the device runs out of memory.

            As this API service should not be used (as defined by Profinet specification and Protocol API Manual) this issue is only seen as minor issue.
