Description
Currently the firmware ignores the submodule parameter API in case of Sycon.net database configuration. All submodules are fix assigned to API 0, even if the database states something else.
This hinders creating devices with submodules following an application profile (e.g. Profinet to CC-Link IE Field Coupler Profile).
Expected behavior: Firmware respects submodule API contained in database.
