Unfragmented acyclic service sometimes not working as expected if fragmented acyclic service was used upfront

Sometimes an acyclic service (Read / Write Record) is not generating an indication to application but instead rejects the service on the network unexpectedly.

This may happen after a fragmented acyclic service was used.
