Sometimes host response packets ignored

            Description

            In some cases the host response packets are ignored. The problem occurs with netX52 chipset when the SQI flash is written. In this case a response from a host might be ignored by the firmware. The problem might be observed by receiving a PNS User Error Service indication with packet timeout error code.

            It is expected that all host packets are handled by the firmware.
