            Description

            Profinet Protocol specification defines which combinations of ChannelErrorType and ExtendedChanneleErrorType are allowed.

            Current implementation is to hard in checking and disallows some unusual but valid combinations, e.g. normative ChannelErrorType and Profile specific ExtendedChannelErrorType
