sometimes no LinkStatus Indication generated to application on register application sequence

            Description

            In case an application registers at firmware a LinkStatus Indication shall be generated.

            Current implementation behaves in the following way:

            First register application service succeeds and generates a LinkStatus Indication.

            Unregister application service succeeds.

            Second register application service succeeds but no LinkStatus Indication is generated for application.
