unexpected handling of Storing NameOfStation when .nxd database is used

            Description

            The Name of Station from network (DCP Set Name) is stored in NWID.NXD file. This is different to V3.4 and V3.5 (but okay).

            When configuration download was done through DPM (CIFX driver), original
            NWID.NXD file will be loaded on driver reload and overwrite the Name of Station set from network.
            Thus the NameOfStation set vie the bus is lost.
