IOxS set to GOOD by default in case of correct module/submodule IDs but wrong IO data length

      Description

If a plugged and an expected IO-submodule has difference only in number of provided (or consumered) bytes (module-id and submodule-id are the same) the related IOPS (IOCS) are set to GOOD (0x80).

This problem occurs only in case of a mismatch between GSDML file information and protocol stack configuration, e.g. GSDML files defines other data lengths than used when configuring the protocol stack. This is an application error.
