Unexpected error code when plugging / configuring submodule

When a submodule is plugged by the application, an unexpected error code might be reported:

• When the protocol stack detects an error in the requests parameters regarding overlapping or double use within DPM process data areas, the error code TLR_E_PNS_IF_RESOURCE_OUT_OF_MEMORY is used. It is expected that a proper error code indicating the detected problem is used. Furthermore the
