Invalid behavior own submodule owner change or plug

            Description

            When a submodule is plugged or an owner change occurs the protocol stack might abort the connection with error code 0xCF81FD18. Additionally an unexpected RPC CControl (Application Ready) is seen. It is expected that no such behavior occurs.
