Wrong error code in case of connect with invalid slot/subslot

            Description

            When an ExpectedSubmoduleBlockReq contains a Slot/Subslot which is not defines according to GSDML, the device returns an invalid error code. Depending on configuration following errors might occur:

            • 0xDB814007 "Out of resources"
            • No error but module diff block says 'no module/submodule'
              According to specification the error codes
            • 0xDB810306 "Invalid Slotnumber"
            • 0xDB810310 "Invalid Subslotnumber"
              shall be used in that case.
