Writing interface or port specific record objects outside the parameterization phase shall be rejected

When writing an interface or port specific record objects outside parameterization phase during connection establishment phase this is currently accepted by the protocol stack.
This make no sense because the new data will never be used. In order to ensure the consistency of the PDev data the write request shall be rejected using error code "Access Denied".
