In read of DiagnosisData the ChannelProperties.Specifier in case of Maintenance != Fault is wrong

            Description

            In RecordDataRead/DiagnosisData/ChannelDiagnosis the ChannelProperties.Specifier is set to "appear" in case if ChannelDiagnosisData/ChannelProperties.Specifier is set to appear but ChannelDiagnosisData/ChannelProperties.Maintenance" not set to "Fault" - in this case the ChannelProperties.Specifier should be set to "disappear".

            It is also applied to other types of diagnoses (ExtChannel Diagnosis, ManufacturerSpecificDiagnosis and QualifiedChannelDiagnosis)
