            Description

            There might exists cases where the application wants to disable I&M5 generated by Protocol Stack. Currently this is not supported by the protocol stack. I&M5 response is generated by stack always.
            The stack shall support disabling I&M5 at all. Disabling the feature is done using the Set Oem Parameters Service and not setting the PNS_IF_STACK_HANDLE_IM_5 Bit. In accordance with existing implementation, when I&M5 is enabled the stack will always generate I&M5 response internally.
