wrong error code used when rejecting a WriteRequest for a submodule not part of the AR

            Description

            In case an IO Controller sends a WriteRequest for a submodule that is not part of his AR the Write is rejected. However the error code is unexpected.
            Observed errorcode: 0xDF80B208 (means "invalid subslotnumber")
            Expected errorcode: 0xDF80B600 (means "access denied")
