unexpected error code in WriteResponse on network in case of misbehaving application

            Description

            if application responds with a specific error code to a PNS_IF_WRITE_REQ_IND the expected result is a well defined Profinet error code on the network.
            Currently Firmware does not set the error code which leads to the first 4 byte of parameter data will be used as Profinet error code.
