Invalid block appended in negative RPC Write Record Response

            Description

            When the protocol stack generates a negative write record response, an invalid block might be appended to the response. It is expected that no such block is appended.

            This issue can be seen when manually inspecting Profinet RT Tester CMDEV8a testcase
