[GSDML] remove text "high performance" from DAP description

            Description

            The description says "Firmware version V4.2.0.x. Supports IRT High Performance, FastStartup, Identification & Maintenance 1-5, Shared Device, RT and IRT Communication, Advanced startup."
            This is misleading as the IRT High Performance Profile is not supported. Thus remove the two words "High Performance" from the above text.

            New text shall be: "Firmware version V4.2.0.x. Supports FastStartup, Identification & Maintenance 1-5, Shared Device, Advanced startup, RT and IRT Communication."
