DCPUCR accepts DCP-Set frames that contain both valid and invalid suboptions

            Description

            The PI certification tool RM2 testcase creates invalid DCP-Set frames.
            According to newest Profinet specifications version of the DCPUCR statemachine such frames shall be ignored.
            Current implementation accepts the frame and executes the DCP Set for valid suboptions.
