[NRP52]: wrong blink frequency of BF LED

            Description

            According to documentation the BF LED shall blink with 2 Hz if no cyclic communication is established. Observed frequency seems to be 1 Hz.

            Profinet IO Device v4 based products shall behave the same way as Profinet IO Device v3 based products regarding LED handling.
