ConnectRequest with more than 59 submodules is not accepted by the firmware

            Description

            According to technical data the firmware supports up to 64 submodules.

            However if a ConnectRequest is received that has more than 59 submodules this ConnectRequest is rejected by the protocol stack.

            The RPC buffer size needs to be increased.
            This shall be changed for all firmware except netX52-based ones.
