            Description

            A state variable within the Expected Submodule Resource Handling is used for two different functionalities. As a result unexpected behavior in the following scenarios might occur:

            • Owner handling for Multiple ARs: Missing Release/Controlled Alarms,
            • Unexpected Module Diff Blocks
            • Plug/Pull
