Description
To indicate that the Profinet IO Device stack v3.6 is completely different from v3.5 it was decided to make this more visible by changing the major version from V3 to V4. The Minor Version is set to 0.
Thus the new stack will be V4.0.x
It is still the same stack that created versions like V3.6.13.0
