            Description

            QA reports:
            Startup process (after SW reset) of unconfigured stack generates several channel errors 0xC0000141 and single 0xC0000145 to the application.

            Error counter are also incremented.
            CONNECTION CLOSED error are not suitable error for unconfigured stack.
