[netX100] cable delay meassurement sometimes not working as expected in IRT environment

            Description

            Sometimes, the cable delay meassurement between netX100 and e.g. SCALANCE switch is not working as expected after power cycling the netX. The netX meassures valid cable delay value, however the SCALANCE calculates a wrong delay with a large deviation between the two values.

            Due to the large deviation, the netX cannot synchronize to SyncMaster and thus the cyclic connection is not established.

             

            The issue is related to first synchronization of netX to SyncMaster after powerup.
