Unexpected/erronous SetConfiguration Service not properly rejected

            Description

            When application sends an unexpected or erronous SetConfiguration Service which is rejected by the firmware, a subsequent ChannelInit might still activate the configuration.

            This may happen in the following cases:

            • SetConfiguration Service used while Database Config in use
            • Pending Plug/Pull Services
            • SetConfiguration service bigger than internal buffer
            • Other packet fragmentation errors.

            Its is expected, that the Channel Init does not activate the configuration sent by SetConfiguration service.
