[comX100]: remove taglist entries related to Socket API

            Description

            As comX100 firmware does not offer a Socket API on Network Service Channel (DPM Commuincation Channel 1), the related taglist entries shall be removed from the comX100 firmware:

            • HIL_TAG_LWIP_PORTS_FOR_IP_ZERO
            • HIL_TAG_LWIP_QUANTITY_STRUCTURE

            This change shall only affect "comX100" and "comX100 SystemRedundancy" firmware, all other firmware files shall not be modified.
