Communication Channel 0 will never be READY if invalid DDP data exist

            Description

            In case firmware is configured for DDP startup State "active" but the provided data for DDP is invalid (e.g. no SecurityMemory exists which results in missing MAC Address), the Profinet Communication Channel 0 of the firmware will never have  HIL_COMM_COS_READY  bit set.

            This is unexpected, even if firmware in such state will never be able to be used as Profinet device because of missing MAC Address.
