Drop support for SecondStage Bootloader boottoken HW Data

Using Taglist Editor the SecondStage Bootloader can be modified in such a way, that it gets device identity parameters (e.g. SerialNumber). The SecondStage Bootloader hands over these parameters to firmware via Boottokens on startup.

The firmware no longer supports this specific boottoken as consequence of the introduction of DDP as only source of device identity information.
