Unexpected User Error Indication when handling parallel I&M record read

            Description

            When the devices receives multiple I&M read services at the same time, the services will be  serialized towards the registered application. If these record reads access different records, the firmware might unexpectedly send a User Error Indication with command 0x1F33, statuscode 0xC0000009. However, the record response to the network will be generated correctly as expected.

            It is expected that no such User Error Indication occurs.
