            Description

            If the device is configured with a database and no application is registered, the internal AR resources are not properly reset on an AR abort until DPM input area is toggled by Application. This leads to the problem that without an application no reconnect of the same AR is possible. This issue also affects configuration by Packet if the PNS_IF_SYSTEM_ARDY_WOUT_APPL_REG_ENABLED flag is set.
