change NXLOM example distribution to not use Protocol Stack source code by default

The NXLOM project directly uses the Protocol stack source code. Instead the precompiled libraries of PNCore and PNDIF shall be used.

However, the source code shall still be part of the distribution. It shall be possible to compile the libraries out of the source code.
