Single cyclic frames might be missing during IRT operation

            Description

            When the firmware is configured for more than 400 byte IO data and more then seven submodules, single cyclic frames might not be send during IRT operation. 

            The problem can be observed when configuring a PLC to a non-default DHt Watchdog value of 1 or when testing the device with the Profinet SPIRTA test tool.
