RCX_GET_DPM_IO_INFO_REQ not working as expected when using database configuration

            Description

            the generic service RCX_GET_DPM_IO_INFO_REQ works fine when using PNS_IF_SET_CONFIGURATION_REQ.
            It does not work (returns either packet without any block or block with length info 5760) when using Sycon.net configuration with 1 byte input and 1 byte output data length.
