            Description

            1. Register application by RCX_REGISTER_APP_REQ.
            2. Set new Name of Station by DCP.
            3. Reset device to factory Settings by DCP.
            4. Set Name of Station by DCP, equal to name in step 2.
            Device configures the Name of Station, but does not inform the registered application about this.
