[netX90/netX4000] DPM Mailbox freeze and device not reachable on network on high network load

When device is exposed to high network load and the connection is aborted, the corresponding information is not passed to the application. The BF Led stays OFF and Abort Indication service is not passed to the application.

It is expected that the application is updated about the connection state in any case and that the Leds properly indicate the state.
