DCP Set for DHCP Options is not rejected although feature DHCP is not supported

If a DCP Set request configured DHCP, this service is accepted and positively answered on the network. However, the protocol stack does not support DHCP and thus such request shall be rejected.

But as the GSDML file states that DHCP is not supported, no one should rely on DHCP support.
