AR aborted unexpectedly when several ARs are being established simultaneously.

            Description

            In case Shared Device, when several ARs are establshing in parallel, the first AR may be aborted with error "CMI Timeout".

            This issue occurs only when the second AR is being established while the first one is not yet completely established but CPM is already started (CMDEV State between "PrmEnd" and "Data").
