            Description

            The InData Indication is used to indicate to application that an AR is now fully established. In addition the DPM Communication Channel NCF_COMMUNICATING Flag is triggered by this indication.

            In current implementation it may take up to 100ms until this indication is generated although the AR is already fully established. This shall be optimized.
