[netX51]: Wrong LineDelay calculated in FiberOptic mode (due to wrong Phy delays)

            Description

            When netX51 firmware is used in FiberOptic Mode (POF), the meassured LineDelay is too short. E.g. when using 10m cable the delay is calculated to be 1ns (instead of ~50ns).

             

            Note that

            • netX50 and netX100 are not affected by this issue, only netX51 is affected
            • Ethernet copper based solutions are not affected by this issue, only FiberOptic is affected
