Unexpected IOCS reported in acyclic object to read Cyclic data if read via DeviceAccess AR

When the acyclic object to read the cyclic data (index 0x8028, RecordInputDataObjectElement) is read via DeviceAccess AR, an IOCS "good" is returned which is valid according to specification.

However, the recommendation is using a different value "bad" here. The Automated certification tool shows a hint regarding this topic.
