            Description

            Some SetOem ParameterTypes can not be changed when Busstate is "on".

            Currently an rcX internal error code is used to reject the service. Instead a generic error code with no reference to rcX shall be used: ERR_HIL_OPERATION_NOT_POSSIBLE_IN_CURRENT_STATE
