In case of wrong usage of fix port configuration in engineering and IRT is used firmware may run in fatal error

            Description

            The Profinet IO Device protocol stack may unexpectedly enter fatal error state with error code 0xC00B001F  (TLR_E_PNIO_CMDEV_EMPTY_POOL_DETECTED) in the following scenario:

            • IO Device is directly connected to IO Controller
            • IRT is active
            • IO Controller port is configured to "Autonegotiation"
            • IO Device port is configured to "100MBit/s FullDuplex"

            The error only occurs if IRT is used. In RT mode the same situation does not lead to fatal error.
