Invalid extension field value in second indication packet for fragmented response

When the application transfers a response packet using packet fragmentation up receiving an indication, the first additional indication packet (generated by the firmware to request the second response packet fragment) uses invalid value "FIRST" in header field extension. (ulExt)

It is expected that all additional (empty) indication packets sent by the the firmware during a fragmented application response are using value "MIDDLE" in header field extension.

The problem will be most likely seen with Read Record service but affects all fragmented responses.
