when using service PNS_IF_GET_PARAMETER_REQ its parameter ulAPI is not evaluated correctly (for some subtypes)

            Description

            The service PNS_IF_GET_PARAMETER_REQ offers the possibility to read out several parameters from the Profinet IO Device stack. The parameter is defined by the request packet field "ulParameterType". In addition the dedicated submodule is addressed by parameters ulApi, usSlot and usSubslot.

            For some parameter types the content of ulAPI is not evaluated correctly.

            A check for "ulAPI" shall be added for the following subtypes:

            • PNS_IF_PARAM_ETHERNET  (ulAPI == 0 required)
            • PNS_IF_PARAM_PORT_STATISTIC (ulAPI == 0 required)
