Unexpected upper case Name Of Station when using Set Firmware Parameter service

            Description

            When the Set Firmware Parameter service is used to set the Name Of Station and the parameter value contains upper case characters, the device reports this upper case Name of Station value.

            As defined per Specification, the Name of Station value is always lower case. Since in all other places the protocol implementation implicitly performs a lower case conversion, it is expected that such a conversion is also done for Set Firmware Parameter service.
