[netX51]: unexpected Sync offset in longer lines in case of IRT

            Description

            Using many netX51 based targets in a long line of IRT devices shows an unexpected high sync offset between the first and the 32th device. The offset is ~500ns.

            It is expected that no or only a minimal offset between the devices occurs.
